Internet Data Management, Inc. (IDMI.Net) provides the IDMI.Net service subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions below. Please read this agreement before accessing the service. By accessing the service you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions you may contact our office as outlined in section 7 for a refund if you are due one.
Introduction
The following agreement is by and between Internet Data Management, Inc., located in Poland, OH and ___________________. The following words used in context of the Service contract are defined as follows: "Provider": Internet Data Management, Inc. "Client": The person or entity who is applying for IDMI.Net services. The Provider agrees to provide, and Client agrees to receive, access to IDMI.Net services according to the following terms and conditions
Financial Arrangements
Client agrees to a month-to-month contract, beginning after Provider's receipt of signed agreement.
This agreement will automatically renew for successive single month periods unless canceled in writing prior to the monthly renewal date.
A late charge of 5% will be applied after 30 days from the due date. If payment is not received by Provider within 30 days of the due date, Provider has the option of terminating the client's account.
Provider reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deactivate the Client's account(s) upon an indication of credit problems including delinquent payments. Deactivated accounts are subject to a $25 reactivation fee.
Service and Products
The Provider's service is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. The Provider gives no warranty, expressed or implied, for the services provided.
Use of any information obtained by way of provider is at Client's own risk, and Provider specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services. Connection speed represents the speed of a connection to and does not represent guarantees of available end-to-end bandwidth.
Provider is not responsible for any damages arising from Client's use of Provider or by Client's inability to use the services for any reason.
Provider will produce a report of visitors coming to Client's website at no less than one month intervals. It is at the Provider's discretion to charge extra for different reports produced at the Client's request.
Terms and Conditions
The Provider's service is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. The Provider gives no warranty, expressed or implied, for the services provided.
Client warrants that it has the right to use the applicable trademarks of Client and grants to Provider the rights to use such trademarks, if any, in connection with Provider's promotion of, referencing of, cataloging of, or indexing of Provider's clients.
Client hereby agrees that any material submitted for publication on Provider through Client's account(s) will not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory, common law, or proprietary rights of others or contain any libelous or harmful.
There shall be no illegal software activities or links to illegal "warez" sites on your page.
There shall be no vulgarity or pornographic materials included on your website.
Information Provided by You
You warrant that the name, address, and payment information that you provide is correct and you agree to notify Provider of any changes in the name, address and/or payment details. You agree that Provider may disclose your name and address where there is any complaint about the content of your pages or in relation to goods or services advertised there.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement.
Termination of Agreement
Provider may terminate your subscription at any time, with or without cause upon reasonable notice. You may also do the same. Where Provider terminates your subscription with cause, or you terminate your subscription, you will be entitled to a refund of any unused months calculated on the calendar anniversary of inception.

Domain Names
Provider will not be responsible for domain name or other related charges. Prompt payment of these are a matter for you and Provider will accept no liability in relation to payment or non-payment of these charges or any dispute in relation to domain names. Provider reserves the right in the event of disputes concerning domain names to suspend the use of domains, to impose a homepage redirect system or other systems, which is at its sole discretion, considers necessary or prudent. Provider will usually only act upon court order or legal advice in relation to domain disputes and will week wherever possible to notify you of any action to be taken in advance. Provider will not accept any liability for actions taken in relation to name disputes and you indemnify Provider for any legal or other costs, charges, damages, fines or other financial consequences in relation thereto.
Liability
Provider does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-Free or that any information, software, or other material accessible on the service is Free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful components.
