Setting up Outlook 2003 for Windows.
- Open Microsoft Outlook 2003.
- Select Tools -> E-mail Accounts from the menu.

- From the “E-mail Accounts” window, select “Add a new e-mail account” and click “Next”.

- Select “POP3” from the menu that appears and click “Next”.

- Under “User Information”, enter your name and email address in the space provided.
- Under “Server Information”, enter mail.idmi.net for both the incoming and outgoing mail server.
- Under “Logon Information”, enter your full email address in the “User Name” field, and enter your password in the “Password” field.
- Click the “More Settings” button.

- In the window that appears, click on the “Outgoing Server” tab.
- Check the box next to “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”.
- Make sure that the “Use same settings as my incoming mail server” option is selected.

- Click the "Advanced" tab.
- Change the "Outgoing server (SMTP)" port from "25" to "587".
- Click “Next” and then click “Finish”.
