Setting up Outlook 2002 (XP) for Windows.
- Open Microsoft Outlook 2002.
- Select Tools -> E-mail Accounts from the menu.

- Select the “Add a new e-mail account” option and click “Next”.

- Select the “POP3” option and click “Next”.

- Under “User Information”, enter your name and email address in the space provided.
- Under “Logon Information”, enter your full email address in the “User Name” field, and enter your password in the “Password” field.
- Under “Server Information”, enter mail.idmi.net for both the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
- Click the “More Settings” button.

- Check the box next to “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”, and then select “Use same settings as my incoming mail server” from the list below.

- Click the "Advanced" tab.
- Change the "Outgoing server (SMTP)" server from "25" to "587".
- Click “OK”.
- Click “Next”, and then “Finish”.
